Privacy

We collect the minimum information needed to respond to inquiries and run analytics. We don't sell, lease, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Forms

Lead forms collect name, email, optional company, optional phone, and your message. Stored in our CRM and the email of admin@aeternomedia.com. Delete-on-request available at any time.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies) and may add Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization for campaign measurement.

Advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (ID 1970578297153121) on this site to measure ad performance, and we mirror form submissions to the Meta Conversions API server-side. When you submit a lead, we send a hashed copy of your email, name, and (if provided) phone number to Meta so they can match the conversion to an ad click. Hashing happens before transmission. We do not pass raw personal data, and we do not retarget visitors who do not submit a form. You can opt out at any time via your Meta ad preferences and by emailing admin@aeternomedia.com for deletion.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies plus the Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp and, when arriving from a Meta ad, _fbc) used for conversion attribution. We will surface a consent banner before deploying any additional tracking cookie if EU/UK traffic crosses 5%.
